Some examples include Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies, Terms of Sale Agreements, Shareholder Agreements and Consultant Agreements. Comments and Track Changes will be applied to the document for your review.

Along with file opening, we carry out all the required compliance checks including conflict checks, AML and ID checks, companies house checks, and completion of a risk assessment, all ready for you to sign off. We're experienced in InfoTrack, Dye & Durham, Thirdfort and Move Reports.
