What packages do we offer?
We offer a variety of packages to suit each and every client's needs.
We bill by the minute, so you only pay for what you use. You'll also receive monthly time reports with the tasks we've worked on broken down into topics, so you always know where your time is being spent.
Single Spread
The Single Spread
Our ad-hoc package is perfect for clients who haven't worked with a virtual business support company before, and don't know how much time they actually need. It's also recommended for new clients, because it's a great way to see how we work together.
We take a refundable, three-hour deposit for this package, and you'll be billed for any more time you use at the end of the month.
After a month on this package, we'll organise a catch-up call to discuss a retainer package based on your average usage.
Daily Spread
The Daily Spread
Our most popular package, our retainer package is for clients who need to secure our time for set amount of hours per month.
This package is paid for at the start of the month, and we can either work at agreed set times, or as and when you need us.
We might be biased, but this package offers the best working experience, and the best results, because we get to know and understand your business, and help you accordingly.

Need help with a one-off project?
This package is perfect for businesses needing support with a one-off project, with no strings attached - all packed neatly into a jar!
