We manage due diligence by compiling the asbestos reports, the EICR reports, the current tenancy details and managing all associated utilities, repairs and renewals. 

Automations

We build automations to ensure no key dates are missed, such as fixed rate end dates, lease end dates, building insurance expiry dates and gas and electric safety check reminders to keep you compliant. All reminders are sent straight to your inbox. 

Market Research

We carry out multiple research projects for clients, including research on comparable properties and their specifications, town profiling, insurance quotes, trades quotes, competitor research and legal research prior to actioning certain projects. 

Managing Disputes

We manage tenant and communal disputes, which happen more than you think! Common disputes we deal with include communal repair disputes, tenant damage vs wear and tear disputes, and late rental payments.

Small Self Administered Scheme (SSAS) Support

We obtain all the required documents for SSAS purchases, ensure the required forms, such as the SSAS Property Questionnaire, are filled out correctly to request SSAS funds for investment. We also ensure SSAS compliance with property acquisitions, and manage correspondence with your SSAS trustee.
