All products sold on this website are digital products, such as templates, digital planners or journals ("Digital Products"). Upon purchase, you will receive instant access to download the product.

2. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and do not include VAT.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via debit or credit card.

3. Delivery

  • Digital Products will be delivered instantly via a download link sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. Please ensure you check your junk folder. Once the link is received, it is valid for 30 days. Your files will be sent to you in a ZIP file, which can be unzipped by right clicking and selecting "Export" to a folder of your choice. 

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and that you can access the link.

 

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • By purchasing a Digital Product and accessing it via download, you consent to waive your statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • As digital content is provided immediately upon purchase, all sales are final, and refunds or returns are not permitted.
